Review on Protein World's slimming and toning Fat Melters and CLA capsules

Since January 2014 I've been going to the gym, I toned up greatly throughout a tough time last year with the help of a lot of supplements such as an illegal pre-workout leading to some damage to the heart. But this time round to aid the weight loss and muscle definition, I've been using Protein World's Weight Loss Collection, however now with a little switch up. 

CLA - Conjugated Linoleic Acid.
These easy to swallow capsules aid weight loss whilst encouraging muscle definition. They don't taste of anything nasty and don't hold a horrible after-taste, which with some supplements I have noticed. Protein World says CLA "interferes with the substance lipoprotein lipase which is responsible for storing fat in the body" basically, this supplement will help to combat the fat going into the body, without taking too away the fat we need, pretty much CLA capsules will attack the excessive fat aiding us to tone up along the way with exercise. For only £16 you receive 90 capsules, taking two, 1-3 times a day. I usually take two after gym with my banana slender blend shake and then two again before a meal, this for me works, whereas for others maybe the three times a day routine would work or even the once a day. It's entirely up to you and your body limits.

Similar to the CLA capsules, fat melters aid weight loss and to help tone up. Packed with vitamins B6 and B12, to help combat tiredness and fatigue, along with a caffeinated boost and green tea extracts (all about thermogenic* ingredients), these little beauties help to burn calories, converting the foods into heat. Although you don't see results right away, these do work but I recommend sticking to the guidelines Protein World set and don't begin to mess around. During the first week it's recommended to take only one capsule two times a day, preferably before a shake or a meal; moving on to take two capsules two times a day, once again before a shake or a meal, preferably both morning then afternoon. I take these alongside my CLA capsules, so after gym when I'm refuelling with a shake and before my tea/dinner.

Both of these supplements are a key feature in my fitness regime; without the help of Protein World I think I'd still be lacking confidence and stuck in the little hut of negativity I was in last year. However now, these encourage me to work harder at the gym and now work even harder in the kitchen. Plus, we all need a little help on a cheat day too right?
