Kicking off the 1st November, with my first ever Mac product, what a way to start a month! Although I am a matte lip kinda girl during the spring/summer months, come autumn/winter lip products with a little moisture are my absolute favourite. Step forward Royal Azalea, found whilst shopping at York Outlet at the beauty discount store - The Cosmetics Company, for a right bargain of £11, ok not much difference with it only being £16.50 but still that £5.50 is better in my back pocket than theirs.

All be it pink isn't a firm favourite of mine but when it comes to lip shades, it's a colour I tend to gravitate towards. The shade itself has a blue undertone, with it being a pinky purple-like shade, it's something that can be worn throughout the day and night. The formula is exceptionally smooth, very similar to the Revlon Lip Butters I absolutely adore! Creamy, highly pigmented (even for a sheen lipstick) and is vanilla scented, what's more to love? The product glides on the lips easily, without dipping into any cracks and making them visible. The one thing some may complain about is the length of time this product lasts, with that being said and I drink a lot of bottled drinks, cups of teas/hot chocolates throughout the day, Royal Azalea stays firmly put on my lips for around the 2 to 3 hour mark. Which ain't all that bad for a lip butter basically!
