Summer has most definitely long gone now, with the dull sky, rainy days and cold nights, fast approaching is autumn, one of my favourite seasons. The crunchy leaves are a firm favourite, as are the burgundy, reds and oranges; although being said you won't catch me wearing orange nail polish any time soon!
Essie are my faaaaave brand when it comes to colours, their formula not so much, but I'm lucky with these! Luxedo (darker one) is more wintery, but still this deep plum is definitely a firm favourite come the late Autumn nights, if black isn't your thing then this could be right up your street. Essie Bordeaux a deep red, a shade you'd find amongst the fallen leaves usually in a gutter or something, but still it's absolutely beautiful. For a bit of shimmer, I tend to use Topshop's Daredevil, in between Bordeaux and Luxedo, the deep plum with hints of red you'll find that shimmer you often do with a lot of Topshop nails, but it's not overly done which personally I find great. Each lasting a good week with a topcoat, which for the cold weather is much appreciated!
